Non-Scape Dialogue is a conversation between two extreme landscape. The urban in the heart of London and the lunar, surreal landscape of the Canary island - Lanzarote. Landscapes, which a person finds themselves both in and out at the same time, a spatial condition where one can lose and find themselves beyond the natural and obvious. Once experienced this sensation is addictive.
The protagonist samples a light condition within space and time in both environments by studying the optical illusion of being contained within a space whilst projecting your reflection onto a completely foreign, alien surface. Each person carries individual perception and their state of emotion is singular. Each character would explore the site in their own cinematic journey.
The sampled condition of light and mirror projection from the urban landscape is then translated onto the volcanic and remote land of Lanzarote by proposing to design the most beautiful hotel room in the world. In this room one could be in and out at the same time, merging with a vast and endless projection of the beautiful landscape. The guests would be surprised of the uncertainty and the scientific parameters of the landscape. The interference of uncontrollable neuron movement through the mirrored world would influence their brains with personality within a landscape.
Enjoy your stay.
